Services

• Code Coven provides game development education, mentorship, and networking opportunities for underrepresented developers. Access to certain features may require account registration, and you agree to provide accurate information when doing so.

PAYMENT

• We use Stripe to process payments for our Services. By making a purchase through our platform, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information.
  • Authorize Code Coven Ltd to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
  • Comply with Stripe’s Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/ssa).

refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please email hello@codecoven.cowith your order details. Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on course participation and engagement.
  Scholarships and discounted seats are non-refundable.

user conduct

• By using our Services, you agree not to:
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share or distribute unauthorized copies of our course materials.
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination within our community spaces.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our operations.

Intellectual Property

• All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, recorded lectures, and branding, is owned by Code Coven Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or any other policies. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Coven Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

governing law

• The validity, construction and performance of the Agreement, and all contractual and non-contractualmatters arising out of it, shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of the English courts to which the Parties submit.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our Site. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
